The arbitrary date of 31st December didn’t tickle me enough to aim for some life changes I hope will be brought about by osmosis, magic and alcohol. Instead I just clarified my vision, spend some time on looking back (mainly to see what I didn’t want to do again) and then forced myself to enjoy some family time. It worked.

I have worked on some major changes to my business since then, mainly to do with systems, structure, attempts to outsource my life and being able to scale up my efforts this year. Focusing on my core competencies and offering more value to more people.

The year is kicking off well. Speaking at Whitney’s event at the end of Jan and 2 bootcamps in Feb and April. I guess, after 2 and a half years of doing this, the word spreads… I get invited to talk. Cool.
