I first found Jim in 1999, He and Zig have been my leaders and mental tour guides. Without their teachings I would not be the person I am today. RIP Jim I will always hear your wonderous voice and know you are still here. I love You x Ray

My tribute to Jim Rohn will be to pick one of the many pearls of wisdom and make it part of my life today. Here is one of my favorite set:

"Don't wish it were easier, wish you were better...

Don't wish for fewer problems, wish for more skills...

Don't wish for less challenges, wish for more wisdom".

Jim Rohn influenced millions and will continue to influence as each of his listeners embrace the life-changing thoughts and perspective of this great man. How fortunate I am to have heard him speak.

I saw Jim speak a couple of years ago at a convention. He announced that it would probably be his last major speaking engagement. I watched in awe as 8000 people gave him a standing ovation such that I know I will never see again in my lifetime! I was STUNNED at the amount of love in the room. Jim Rohn taught us so much more than I think we realised, and for that I will be eternally grateful. Thank you Jim!

One of the few in this world the genuinely offered help and assistance when it most required.

Without a doubt an inspiration to me and many others.

Rest in Peace Jim.

Thanks for this Daniel. First time I've seen Jim Rohn in action and there's some great stuff in there: "Success is something you attract by the person you become"

As a speaker and trainer I love listening to consummate craftsmen speakers. Jim Rohn knew how to speak to thousands as if they there was only one person in the room...he knew what to say to meaningfully connect with the listener.

He also has a personal faith which he expressed was his power base.

I recently conducted a funeral on a behalf of a close friends family. It was hard. But knowing the lady who passed, I could say this with confidence - the world was a richer place for the lady having been here.

So I feel in closing that I can say the same thing on a personal note and having read the contributions above I think the sentiment would be the same for others. My life is richer (not thinking at all about money) for having heard Mr Jim Rohn speak and motivate me to become what I am becoming today.

I am bigger inside now due to his contribution.

Thank you God for his life and thank you Jim for being true to your personal life mission and living it to the day you breather your last. You have left a meaningful legacy on this earth.

I bid the Rohn family peace in this time of loss. Thank you.

I was informed of the untimely passing of the great Jim Rohn from someone else Daniel and I too will miss him deeply. I wrote a fitting tribute to him on the blog set up to allow us to honour him... this is what I wrote (it's that good I couldn't attempt to re-write it so I'm pasting it here for you):

Jim, I never got to meet you in person, and that was one of my goals which I'll never now be able to achieve, sadly. But I am grateful and very thankful that I came across you and your philosophy, your ideas and your fantastic, no... brilliant, attitude and outlook on life and how to be a provider, a business person, a husband, a father... in fact to be the best that you can be... in all things. Your ethos, ideas, philosophies, strategies etc have really changed the way I think about myself, the world and life in general. You've made me realise alot about myself and I notice that I think very differently to most people, especially my work colleagues. I'm finding it tough at work right now because I understand more about what is going on and what I have to do, and they can't see what I see. "Profits are better than wages!" Wow... what a deeply powerful statement. And yet so many are blind
to this, relying instead on a job and a wage. Did you know that I go in to work expecting each day to be my last, and it doesn't worry me in the slightest. One day it will be my last, as I will have made that leap to financial independence. In fact it is an extremely liberating feeling and I am not phased by the threat of redundancy. And so I work on my job during the day, and on my fortune during the night and at weekends. Thanks Jim, for opening my eyes even more. I was already well on the way in terms of my personal journey, but you, and your ideas, just propelled me forward by light years! I'll miss you... we'll all miss you. I hope
we can still make that meeting, perhaps on the other side. Thank you and rest in peace. Gareth

Jim was an inspirational speaker and he will be sadly missed. I am glad that I came across Jim Rohn. I was not able to meet him, but the recording I have will make him live on in my memory. I have played this talk over and over and it is one of the very best.
I highly recommend this to anyone who has not heard his complete story.
Jim had a faith in a higher power and though he would not force his own beliefs on anyone, I admire him for his belief.
Jim was successful financially, but I would like to think he has laid up for himself spiritual treasure in heaven worth far more than any material possessions.
Jim would want you to have the good life that wealth can bring but he would also want you to have the inner peace that can come from knowing the Truth and the ultimate best gift that is on offer to anyone who finds the truth and embraces it.

Thank you Jim for being so inspirational to so many.
