The Black Spot Syndrom (…and that LITTLE voice that talked…)
2nd September, me talking to 1000 people in London – people loving it, people signing up, friends supporting me, my children being there for me, tears of joy and tears of laughter, stories of life and memories of sadness… and as the success and emotion moves my heart and warms my soul – there it is… the little nagging niggly voice…. there was one person that said you could have done one thing differently…. ????? and the self flagellation starts…
maybe you have the same ‘problem’ – aah – challenge…. I call it the black-spot-syndrom. you have this whole canvas of pure white and there is a tiny black spot – and you obsess about it. you walk into a room with 1000 ceiling lights – and 1 is broken – and you can’t stop seeing it. you do a great job and get 99 things right – yet your ‘little voice’ keeps pointing out the ‘1 thing that you could have done better’. thank you very much!
Sounds familiar? then you need little voice management like I do. It will not go away, but there are a few ways to efficiently learn to deal with it…. I have learned different techniques from different people – from Tony Robbins to Harv Eker to Blair Singer to my spirtual guru of my yoga days…. one thing they all say – you can’t fight it. you got to deal with it. Tony says ‘dance with your fear’, Harv says ‘thank you for sharing’ and Blair has written a whole book with simple strategies to deal with our little voice.
Don’t focus on it, forgive yourself, put it into perspective, talk to others about it, but under no circumstances – take it too seriously.
talk soon – please put 9th October in your diary… I will tell you why very soon
Daniel
PS: When I was in the US a few weeks ago, we learned a great technique: ” ‘name of friend’, I love and respect you and don’t give a d**n what you think about me”
It’s important we don’t make our mood or actions dependent on what others think….

Thank you soo much for the seminar in London last week. Im desperate to leave the ratrace and become an internet marketer………I created an affiliate website last year, but couldnt even find it myself in a search engine……so Im sure no-one else can! But Im still trying! I really connected with what you were sharing and learnt soo much – last night I spent 4.5 hours creating a video of a sales page from a clickbank product for u tube…..thanks to your advice….slow and needs improvement but its a step in the right direction! I loved your passion about your success and when you became emotional talking about your passions cried with you – which made me realise it would be great to work with you – I hope you are extremely proud of your success, as I just felt soo happy that you had acheived soo much!! Your genuine enthusiasm gives others such motivation and makes what seems like a dream become a possible reality. Im an Occupational Therapist and work for the NHS…Ive trained in hypnosis, stress management, reiki….and currently metaphysics, nlp and coaching…..I can use the net, word process etc etc…but Im no computer whizz………all I know is that Im here to help people…I used to believe that wealth was greedy (why should I have that if they dont), and seemed to always live in debt…..but Ive had a realisation that without helping myself I cant help others, and by generating personal wealth, I can help my loved ones to do the same – nothing would make me happier than to make my Dad proud and help my family….and then be in a position to help others on a larger scale. When people talked about dont worry about doing something you’re passionate about just do what makes money I felt confused as Ive been trying to follow my passions……but I realise now that the internet is the channel to acheive my passions of leading others by example – which is what you are doing!!! My plan is to start making some income on the internet – to pay off my debts, leave my ‘job’ and launch into the internet – I will stay involved and hopefully attend one of your courses next year!!!!
Thank you soooo much again – you are making a massive difference to the lives of many!!!

Kerry, thank you sooooo much for your feedback. Living my passion and helping others and touching their lives with my story – of success and failure – is a dream come true. I worked in so many jobs which I all hated and it took me until 42 to start trusting that I was enough and to follow my passions… go fir it, Kerry. It’s your life, it’s your world you can change! to your success

I only managed to attend the first day of the seminar and boy was I glad I heard you speak. For years, I have been surpressing my most valuable asset – my personality. My life experiences and the knowledge and experiences I have had to form my personality are all that I need to achieve my dreams…. as long as I share it. Your heartfelt speech reminded me of that. Thank you.
I share my purpose with Kerry who posted above – I’m here to help people, to inspire and give hope. The greatest moments of my life have been based around this. My birth name meaning Truth and Charity demands it. But I must also help myself to be able to help others.
I have come out of a my second service business after 3 years. It was a lifestyle business more than anything. I have had to close it down as it no longer served its purpose. I am now finding a new channel for my purpose and enjoying every minute. Thank you for re-igniting the self belief
Wishing you and your family the greatest health, wealth, experiences and success.
