Daniel, I liked what you had to say in your video, but I’m going to be really personal here, and you may think even a little bit mean, but I’m being honest, if personal, with YOU.
You look tired, you look dishevelled, you look unshaven, and quite frankly you look as if you could do with a good night’s sleep and an hour in the bathroom. After that a relaxing walk in the countryside, breathing in fresh air, and I bet you’d feel ten times better than half an hour in the gym!

Hi Daniel just spent about half an hour reading your blog and watching your videos,one of my fellow students from the Alex jeffreys marketing school Richard hill done a write up in the forum about how you helped him out at the Lee Mckintrye event .
/this posts hit home with me ,I have just spent hundreds of pounds on a mike filsaime course
and have realized its not for me thankfully mike says he will refund me
but now i realize i have to affirm myself, this seven minute video has taught me a lot it made me really think who i actually am .

You really are a gem, such truth and valuable insights there. I think sometimes we just dont “affirm current reality” as we know that once we do that we make it real for us in our life. However its only from that place that we can accept and move on.
