Early Mornings
I have to say I do owe them…. would I get up a 6 everyday if it wasn’t for the family? maybe not… after all I am into the ‘flow of all things’ theory, meaning get up when you wake up, see what happens, make it up as you go along and so on. so this is to officially acknowledge that I am grateful to be getting up every day at 6, do my meditation with wife and kids and breath the fresh morning air.
if you don’t do it already, give it a try. the day gets longer…

6 o cklock! Oh, God, now I feel guilty, although I did manage to crawl out of bed at 7:15 today but only because I couldn’t get back to sleep due to my overactive brain!
